An open-source personal project that provides a guide to where El Niño drought conditions are expected each month. This uses data from PAGASA and Manila Observatory's public outlooks, most recently PAGASA's 1 Oct 2026 drought outlook and 23 Sep Climate Outlook. See sources below.

A moderator checks reports regularly to verify them and forward credible ones to local contacts or authorities in the reported area, but that happens after publishing, not before.
